Dale Witherington is the Founder and Chief Steward of Restore Minnesota, a Christ-centered ministry committed to restoring righteousness through spiritual and civic transformation rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
With a deep passion for equipping believers to live out their faith in every sphere of society, Dale encourages individuals, churches, and communities to embrace their calling as engaged, Biblically grounded citizens.
Through Restore Minnesota, Dale works to educate, equip, and empower leaders across the state to bring Biblical principles into their families, communities, and public life. His work includes developing Community Action Teams and the Institute for Biblical Citizenship, helping people understand how faith, leadership, and civic responsibility intersect in meaningful ways.
Dale also serves as a pastor and spiritual advisor to elected officials, their families, and staff members at the Minnesota State Capitol, where he leads Bible studies and offers spiritual counsel to members of the Minnesota House and Senate.
He is actively involved in the annual National Day of Prayer at the State Capitol and regularly speaks to churches and organizations throughout the state.
An author and teacher, Dale co-wrote Courageous Christianity: Living a Life of Faith in a World that Desperately Needs Jesus, encouraging believers to boldly live out their faith with conviction and purpose.
Dale and his wife, Sue, have been married since 1975 and continue to serve together in ministry. They live in Minnesota and enjoy time with their four children and growing family of grandchildren while remaining dedicated to advancing faith, leadership, and hope across their state.
