 Faith and family are the foundation of everything I do. 

They shape my leadership style focused on service, excellence, and connection. A deep passion for helping others drives me to create opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities. Whether in health, business, or personal growth, I believe everyone has the potential to thrive when supported.

I’ve been honored to launch a successful wellness practice, lead faith-based networking initiatives, and bring innovative ideas to life. These experiences have taught me how to create environments where people and businesses can flourish. 

 My strengths are building meaningful connections, encouraging collaboration, and developing practical strategies that lead to real results. I’m passionate about helping others reach their potential and align their purpose with what truly matters.  

Off the clock, I'm spending time with family and friends. I love being outdoors and traveling. I love trying new things and meeting new people. These simple joys fuel my commitment to empowering others and making a difference in the communities I serve.

 I believe leadership is sacred work. 

Whether in the home, the marketplace, or the community, how we lead shapes lives and leaves a legacy. My journey as a nurse, workplace chaplain, nurse instructor and leadership/business coach and consultant has given me a unique perspective on what it means to guide others with both wisdom and compassion. 

 I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside healthcare providers, business owners, nonprofits, and churches, helping them turn challenges into opportunities for transformation.  My calling is to help leaders steward their influence well—building strong cultures that multiply both Kingdom impact and human flourishing. Time and again, I’ve seen how faith-centered leadership not only strengthens workplaces but also creates ripples of impact throughout entire communities. 

 When I’m not speaking or coaching, you’ll find me with my husband of 35 years, our six children, and our grandchild. I love lighthouses, hiking, and finding joy in everyday adventures. Each of these simple gifts reminds me that God has called us to shine brightly, lead boldly, and live purposefully.
