Kevin Mitchell is a transformational entrepreneur, executive leader, and business consultant with decades of experience scaling organizations from early-stage startups to billion-dollar enterprises. He has built a cross-industry career spanning healthcare, technology, and financial services, including senior executive roles with GE Capital/United Healthcare and Citibank, as well as multiple high-growth startups. 

Currently based in Minneapolis, Kevin serves in a top operational leadership capacity at OPIN Systems, where he focuses on strategy, culture, and execution for innovative software solutions.

Rhonda M. Kalal was one of the original visionaries behind the MN Christian Chamber of Commerce, recognizing the need for a community where Christian business leaders could connect, collaborate, and advance the Kingdom of God through their work. Her early leadership helped lay the foundation for what the Chamber is today—a movement of faith-driven entrepreneurs impacting culture and commerce. Rhonda continues to serve as a mentor and connector, equipping others to see their business as a platform for ministry and to lead with excellence, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.

Kelly Jahner-Byrne is the founder and CEO of The HOW Companies, Inc., where she inspires and equips leaders to grow with clarity, confidence, and courage. Known as The HOW Gal™, Kelly is an accomplished entrepreneur, international speaker, and business strategist with a passion for helping others lead with purpose and excellence.

With decades of experience in sales, leadership, and event production, she has built a reputation for creating spaces that empower others to take bold, faith-filled action. As a valued member of the MN Christian Chamber of Commerce Advisory Team, Kelly brings her entrepreneurial insight, contagious energy, and Kingdom-minded vision to help Christian business leaders integrate their faith into every aspect of their work and leadership.

David brings 37+ years of legal experience across business, real estate, corporate (for-profit and nonprofit), transactions, banking, bankruptcy, and litigation. A former partner at one of Hawaii’s leading law firms, he now runs a private practice in Elk River, Minnesota, serving as corporate counsel and as Vice President and General Counsel for Rivers International and Ripka Enterprises. He is an adjunct instructor at Northwestern College and Minnesota School of Business, and has been active in ministry as a speaker, teacher, and pastor in the U.S. and internationally since 1995. David also serves on several boards, including Three Rivers Community Foundation, Rivers International, Ripka Enterprises, and Deep Well, Inc. dba Crash+Sues, and helps lead the Pray Elk River Servant Leadership Team and Business Roundtable.

Heather Gruber serves as an Ambassador for the Minnesota Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she enjoys connecting and encouraging faith-driven business leaders. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and supporting businesses that seek to honor God through their work.

Heather is also the Office Manager at His Healing House, a holistic wellness center focused on restoring health in spirit, soul, and body. In her role, she oversees daily operations and helps create a welcoming environment for clients and staff. Heather brings a heart for service, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence in everything she does.

Stephanie McCauley serves as an Ambassador for the Minnesota Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she enjoys supporting and connecting Christian business leaders who desire to honor God through their work and leadership.

She is also a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner at His Healing House, where she helps clients uncover root causes of health concerns and pursue lasting wellness through functional care. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent 20 years in Emergency Medicine as a Physician Assistant, bringing deep clinical experience and compassion to the work she now does helping others restore their health.

Kristin Kurtz is a certified Christian life coach, spiritual midwife, and founder of New Wings Coaching. As a Kingdom locksmith carrying a prophetic mantle to unlock and awaken Kingdom leaders, she activates identity, voice, and bold obedience—calling forth God-given purpose with clarity and courage. Kristin hosts the Hope Unlocked podcast and functions as a catalytic connector—what she calls a “Kingdom Resource Distribution Center”—strengthening the Body of Christ, building global bridges, and releasing Heaven’s blueprint into the marketplace.
